New Online Payment Methods

This will be a relatively short update. We have added credit cards such as MasterCard, VISA, and Diner’s Club to our list of payment options. Clients purchasing online can also pay with Maestro and Masterpass. Belgian clients are currently able to make a direct bank transfer using Bankcontact, and international bank transfers are also an available payment option.

Payments with PayPal are also possible, but require you to contact us directly to make the payment. This is because in this payment method, we only get seller protection for loose diamonds, but not diamond jewelry. Hence, using this payment option, it’s possible to buy loose GIA certified diamonds only.

Since stock can change fast, when making a purchase with bank transfer we highly recommend you send us a digital copy of the transfer you have made to us so that we can ensure the item will be reserved for you.

Please note that for payments of orders exceeding €20 000, or $23 500, we ask that you get in touch with us first, either through e-mail, live support, or by phone. We operate our phone lines 11:00 to 19:00 on every opening day. The timezone we operate in is GMT+1.
